The owner Ali Al-Tuckmachy, has done a course at a certain international institution and the title of the program was economy for leaders. He concluded from this course that an item or product is usually thought to be valued or priced by the seller, not the buyer. That was not the real case. Ali has identified that actually a product is valued and the price is set by the buyer not the seller. For example, a bottle of mineral water at a local grocery story sells a bottle for let’s say 1 AED, while in the airport due to various factors you would see the same exact bottle sold for 15 AED or even more. Whom is the decision maker whether you will buy it or not is various factors, for example, your thirst, availability, your buying power, so it is the buyer who sets the price for a product not the seller. Ali was always a fan of collecting authentic items from all over the world and every piece has a story. So if the story was appealing, piece was rare and authentic and has a precious place for it, Ali would purchase it and store it. Finally when he wanted to make it available for people in Dubai as he was blessed to live in the UAE and born in the UAE. He named it Alamal meaning hope, because he believes that hope is a fundamental thought that we should always carry with us to succeed through life. In addition, UAE is the land for Alamal and Hope.
